RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to Hepcat Horror House being a very small business and providing individualized handmade crafts, I cannot provide any refunds or returns, but will be happy to provide exchanges to ensure quality and customer satisfaction. Photos of the exact items to be delivered will be sent to the customer for approval before shipping.
Shipments will be insured and any items that can be confirmed to be damaged in transit will be replaced after I receive the damaged item back from you, shipping costs covered by us.
